How to join online

1. Go to the Team Entry Form.
2. Fill your details into the text boxes on the form.
3. Press the submit button.
4. When we receive your form we'll call you with your first game time.
5. Fixture lists will then be posted to you, as captain, and your vice-captain.
   Just turn up at your allocated time and play the opponents we've arranged.
6. The referee or league manager will give you any extra guidance or help at this point.

How to join by post

1. Go to the Team Entry Form.
2. Print out the form.
3. Fill your details into the form.
4. Send the form back to Swansea5aside.com, Unit 25, Cwmdu Industrial Estate, Fforestfach, Swansea, SA5 8JF with the appropriate entry fee, if one applies to the league you want to join (check your league).
5. We will call you with your first game time (it may be a trial game or we may put you straight into a league).
6. Fixture lists will then be posted to you, as captain, and your vice-captain.
7. Just turn up at your allocated time and play the opponents we've arranged. The referee or league manager will give you any extra guidance or help at this point.
